  I go to this location very often since I attend the high school right by 95th.
  
  The staff at this location are very friendly and are helpful to assisting you with any questions.
  
  I haven't had a single problem with any of my drinks for the past year I have been here. Staff are very considerate and will fix any flaws in your drink to your liking.
  
  This location has fixed their fruit fly issue and since then this location has stayed very clean!

  Wow,  what a rude service by this black lady named Rachel.  
  
  She tried to over charge me by few dollars,  which made me disagree with the total.  It came to the point where someone else stepped in and correct the total.  Then I was short of 2 cent.  Only two cent and she straight out asked for 2 more cent or she would refuse me service.
  
  This was a location I used to love coming to.  There had great staff and I never had a problem till today.
  
  If you see an black lady named Rachel working there,  just leave.  It is not worth dealing with her.
  
  There is another Starbucks about a mile away.  Where their services and attitude is great!

  When it comes to coffee I generally like mine iced but I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to flavors to put in it. I've ran into one of the managers, Kyle, and he's always so quick to answer any questions I have and makes great recommendations. There have been times where I come in and need a coffee and he makes something something for me when I can't decide. So far I haven't ran into anyone at this location who isn't absolutely friendly and nice! They're also very patient. Everything is always fully stocked and the bathrooms and cafe area are very clean. Excellent customer service. This is by far my favorite location!

  this is the worst starbucks i've ever been too. i am beyond disappointed. i come here everyday and somehow they manage my order wrong atleast twice a week. it is a generally easy order. next time i go to starbucks, i will not be choosing this one.

  Terrible service. Was in a hurry so I placed a mobile order for the new drink "juniper latte" because I usually love the taste. Go into the Starbucks 10 minutes after placing the order and my drink was still not ready, after standing for another 5 minutes the barista asked me what I had ordered, when I told him he started making my drink. I watched him make the drink and didn't see him put the pine citrus sugar topping that goes on it. When I checked, he hadn't put it on. I asked him whether he did and he proceeded to lie to me and said that he had but if I'd like some more he'd add it, so I said sure. He then went on to "look" for the sugar that he apparently had misplaced and another coworker had to pull it out of a drawer and then had to show him how to add it because it has to be done in a certain way. When I called him out on the fact that he lied about adding it in the first place he tells me that he added a different one, so you messed up the drink then?
